Breathwork is a transformational healing modality which provides access to deep dimensions of the body, mind and spirit to support healing, process emotions and promote insight. With it’s roots in ancient yogic traditions, this active meditative process is a body based form of experiential therapy which stimulates the vagus nerve and regulates the nervous system. 

Benefits of breathwork include the release of stored trauma, anxiety, anger and stress, improved sleep, enhanced creativity, heightened focus, and deepened intuition. It can also be a powerful tool in the support of recovery from addiction and in treating depression. But we may all have stored negative emotions as a result of our busy, modern daily life which distracts us from maintaining a healthy connection to ourselves. Over time, this breathwork supports our nervous system in achieving parasympathetic dominance, allowing us to restore balance to our bodies and nurture healing.
